The Google Video blog shared some happy Mother’s Day videos created by military troops deployed in Iraq.

When Julia Ward Howe made her Mother’s Day Proclamaition in 1870 she was sick of the war. Sad to know wars are still going on today, but I pray for the safety of our sons today.

Salary.com recently performed a study stating work at home moms deserve $134,121 a year if they were paid for all their work, while moms that work outside the home should earn an extra $85,876 a year. You can find out more using their free online Mom Salary Wizard.
