What Should I Do with the Rest of My Life?: True Stories of Finding Success, Passion, and New Meaning in the Second Half of Life, by a good friend of ours, Bruce Frankel.

The hardcover came out last year and the paperback was just released. And here’s the best news:

Bruce’s book is comprised of truly inspiring stories of people to who at some point in the middle of life (or later than the middle), were moved to reinvent their lives for the better.

Arlene’s book is filled with engaging, insightful and charming stories about her everyday life, and makes you feel as though you’re having a conversation with someone you know and trust.

The books includes lots of helpful tips on fitness, nutrition, health, beauty, organization and more, and encourages the reader to think about how practical tips can be applied to everyday life in order to help you look better, feel better and enjoy life more.

31 Days has a strong spiritual foundation, but regardless of your views, the advice Arlene offers up pertains to pretty much every one of us!
